1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of ATV Depot Hub ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Listings

We make a reasonable effort to inspect and describe each unit accurately, including condition (new, used or damaged), year, mileage/hours, VIN/serial, and known defects. Listings may contain typographical errors; the final invoice is the source of truth.

3. Payment (PayPal)

Orders are paid via PayPal. Once your payment is confirmed, we schedule delivery. Refunds for underpayments or cancellations are issued through PayPal net of any processing fees.

4. PayPal Buyer Protection

Eligible orders are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection until the buyer accepts the unit or until the inspection window expires. Disputes are resolved per PayPal's policies.

5. Delivery and risk of loss

Title passes on delivery. Insured enclosed transport is available — fees are quoted at checkout. Tracking is provided per-order in your account.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the unit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
